No Selfie

If i could give a worse rating I sincerely would. I have taken this nonsense up with Capitec already, but obviously they don't care.

So here's my complaint: I just want to use my bank as a bank. Your security features should not impede my banking or my privacy. I do not want to take selfies so I can pay my bills. If it is absolutely necessary for some people to have such a ridiculous feature, then at least give me the option to switch it off. Anyway, if and when they put a gun to your head it really doesn't matter what nonsense security features you have
