no security when oping new accounts

To Whom it may concern With regards to the outcome of case ***-*** regarding monies taken by a company called HIGHWAY AUCTION this company had managed to open a Capitec account with *****ulent papers which I have supp**** to yourselves . My concern is that CAPITEC did not do a proper security check on the information given to them by the said company thus had failed as a banking institute to protect its potential customers .Does this mean that any one of Capitec clients is to be taken as potential *****ulent accounts seeing that capitec does not do proper checks on their clients . With regards to the money that Capitec has secured, can you please explain to me how the first deposit of R7500.00 was still in the account but a later deposit of R11000.00 had somehow disappeared this does not sound right . I am getting a feeling all is not kosher ??? I am waiting for a response from Capitec with regards to the above
