No security of our hard earned money

I am so disappointed in the service with capitec it just does not minimum requirement to service level agreement, I got ****med and transferred money to a capitec account and they tell me they cannot block the account and they need permission from the person who ****med me to take money from his account so that I can have my money back, our money is really not safe with this pathetic bank they refuse to block the account so they condoning the perpetrators to continue ******** people of their hard earned money using their bank which has no security whatsoever, they tel me there is nothing they can do I must take it up with the police they did not even offer to refund me my money and they will foloow up with the case all they said was there is nothing we can do... Hence the saying cheaper is always not the best this is utter nonsense, no security of our funds at all, unreliable and just does not conform to standards this is just ridiculous and wouldn't recommend anyone to open an account with this ridiculous bank as it's just a joke
