No security

I would like to know who is in control of making sure there are security cameras at the atms do I blame matlosana mall here or capitec cause on Sunday 22 March 2020 I went to go draw money at an atm at matlosana mall the one next to the eating places and got robed of my card and the ********* went to draw the money out of my account. Needless to say there was no mall security around and when I went to the bank to stop my card 3min later the money was gone. The mall security couldn't help me look for the suspects as they saw nothing I went to make a case at the saps and they where very helpful but needless to say I needed to get security footage and the bank couldn't helpe and guess what I learned there are no camaras at the atms. So the control service at the mall is useless and the security at the mall and the fact that I couldn't get help by capitec Regards to footage is sad how do u ever feel safe again anywhere. Needless to say to everyone out there be careful when drawing money especially when you alone
