No satisfied with the resolution

On the 3rd of september i did a withdrawal using my capitec card on the capitec spark atm.i requested an amount of R3000 but only R2200 dispensed. I went to the nearest branch to enquire about it and they assisted me and told me i will have to wait for 7 days.they will envestigate and come back to me.but that didnt happen and i went back to the branch and i was told to wait another 7 days.after that i was told to wait 30 days.after 30 days of waiting they told me that there was no excess on the atm that means the whole of R3000 did dispense.what confuses me the most is how come because i only got R2200 and that was it and i have been coming to the branch several times only to find out i have been waisting my money coming to the branch and i didnt get my R800.kindly assist if you can because i am really disappointed ***
