No Response to Complaint/Unauthorised Debit Order

I am very unhappy with the service I received from Capitec Bank these past few days.

I have a multi loan than ends on the 18th of November 2016. My salary date is the 20th of each month. My agreement with Capitec was that the money will go off my account on the 20th every month. Should it happen that the 20th falls on a weekend, I get my salary on the Friday, which is exactly what happens this month.

On the 14th of November, I received an notification from Capitec that states the money for the multi loan was taken from my account. I then had to phone Capitec to reverse that payment as the money in my account was meant for something else - that was done a few hours later after I phoned the call centre. I have a stop order on my account which was supposed to go off on 14 November 2016 at midnight. That did not happen as the money for the multi loan was taken from my account again on the 15th of November. AGAIN I had to phone Capitec to have the money reversed in order for the other payment to go off. Today I receive a phone call from Capitec Bank saying that I am in ARREARS? How is that possible?

Now my question is: 1) HOW can you take money from MY account earlier than what I agreed on? Not only does it put me in a difficult position with the other places I also have to pay, it also takes up my time, airtime and money for something that is not my fault. Who is responsible for the bank charges every time the stop order goes off but there is no money in the bank for that transaction to happen…ME, I have to pay that!

I've logged an complaint nearly a week ago, phoned the call centre three times already but still no response from Capitec. This is VERY unprofessional.
