No Response, No Listening Skills, No Help
Almost every time I contact Capitec, I have to sent several e-mails to try to get a reply. In the last week I have sent three e-mails from two e-mail addresses to a loan officer and have not received a reply. This morning I phoned a call centre and was told a R5000 loan repayment I had made a week ago did not reflect. Then they changed their story because they thought I had asked them if it was in my savings account. I do not have a savings account with Capitec and mentioned loan account several times. The phone call reference number is ***8. Then I had to phone a branch because the call centre agent could not give me the final settlement balance even though Capitec had failed to do so for a week. She should have offered to get someome to phone me. I then phoned Southgate and they said I had to come in. I am happy to do that. However, I asked if they accept credit card payments. The person I spoke to said they did not have credit cards. He told me this more than once. I did not ask him that. I had to repeat the same question several times in different ways. He then said they do not accept credit cards. Is Capitec forcing me to repay my loan over a longer period than I want to?
