No response from Capitec as per their promise

I received a call from this number *** and this is the number that the forex department used to contact me last week, it was a missed call when I tried to call it back but it doesn't go through. I knew they called me but they never left a message or anything, I really don't know how you people work, I checked my emails nothing formal with a response was sent to me nothing.

The next thing they will say they phoned me, if you can't get hold of someone, you leave a message. So it shows that you are unprofessional and you treat your clients like *******, fine, I gave you all the time to reply back but it shows that you don't value your clients.

I will then take this matter to the ombudsman, for assistance.
