No response from Capitec
Capitec responded to my review on Hellopeter and promised to give me an answer within 5 days. Well, 5 working days was up yesterday, and no surprise, I have had no contact from them whatsoever. I did receive the "courtesy" monthly sms telling me that yet again, for the 4th month in a row, they will take the debit order off my bank account BEFORE my salary goes in. Again.
