09 Dec 2024, 14:40I made a payment to another account holder who is also with Capitec.
They were unable to supply me with goods so I requested that Capitec reverse the funds back to my account. Capitec then flagged this a *****ulent and have blocked the other parties account.
An affidavit was done on the 31st Oct to advise that they must withdrawal ***** case.
I am still awaiting feedback from Capitec as I need the other party to refund me.
Everyday I've what's app with Capitec and no feedback.
This is very urgent as my refund is in the other account holders account.
