No Response

I have opened a case of ***** against someone who banks with Capitec , the police are trying to get hold of Capitec but no response to date from them after numerous emails , I have spoken to the investigating officer and she has advised that Capitec should get back to them soonest , Capitec needs to contact me in order to provide them with the details
