No respect for claints

On the 31st we woke up very early to go stand in Capitec bank atm so that we get done early cause it was the allpay date so as we standing in the line there comes a Capitec worker and she told us that the other atm had R20s only and she said she was checking the ATM machine bt she was busy drawing money and she had many SASSA cards she drew money while we waited in the line that was very annoying cz we were in the line and she just came to draw for people cause she had about 5 or6 cards .This happened at Capitec bank in Promenade mall the Capitec next to Game stores
