No repsonding to my complaint
You are readily available when you give people credit but when they write a complaint you ignore them to the point of no return, I sent 3 emails to you guys where I asked about the Popia Act and sharing my details without my consent.
Please can you respond to my email and do what's right?

I'm still waiting for your call back, you only called me once for this complaint and i was told i would get feedback. I sent you emails again asking for feedback but nothing has been done or said. the Investigator seemed a bit rude when she called it was if she was sure of what she was telling me and promised that she would call me back. Please can you call me back and atleast tell me something
