No refund or airtime

I kept getting emails that they tried to call, no missed calls on my end, anyway l called back spoke to Lehlohonolo who explained the entire process to me. I can't say l'm happy about it but l agreed to wait that 48hrs for the investigation to be done. She explained that blue label would check, get back to capitec and they would give me feedback. Well 48hrs passed l then called back again this time spoke to Yolanda who told me they are still waiting for blue label and would only give me feedback once they get feedback. Basically l have not received airtime or my R100 back and no l have heard nothing from capitec guess l have to call them to check what is happening. I'm extremely disappointed in capitec...
