No Refund from Capitec since 4th June 2022

I booked the flights at flysafair from jhb to dbn using my Capitec bank card and when I went for my trip On the 4th of June 2022. I was told that the bank cancelled the booking and I will be refunded the money. When I went back to the bank after 2 days they told me the refund will be in my account after 5 to 7 working days. That did not happen! Every time I go it is the same story “please wait for 14 working days “ the total amount is R1400.00 and even today when the bank was called I was given the same response and I am tired

Capitec must pay me what is due to me please !
