No protection for clients when their card security system does not work.

There card security is useless. I was ****** and my Capitec bank card was used 10 minutes after the event to draw money out of my account. Bank refuses to refund the money . I am the victim of a crime and made to feel like a ********. Useless bank. Don't open an account with them. The so called security systems don't work. PIN numbers are hacked or useless. Else how can a ***** use my card.
