No progress
I shared my reviews here last week I received a call they didn't update me or anything all they said was they also don't know how long it will take, then but Its their bank and I have been a loyal customer for a very long time for them to go ahead and ignore me with my money went as far as saying as I can close the account I want the money in my disappeared savings account as I provided everything they said they needed to unlock it, I'll heed to their request of closing it when I have received my funds

06 Jul 2023, 08:58It's been 2 days and I have not been contacted, I am emailing everything that was needed since 3 June, detailed affadavit, id copy and payment proof but no response, they say it takes 24to48 hours for a response but its been a month for me. I need assistance. I need my money.
