No Personal Interaction
I wonder how many people have noticed that all the complaints against Capitec Bank appearing on Hellopeter in November 2023 get exactly the same "copy and paste" response - so actually no response at all because the person doesn't have to read the complaint, just give the same empty answer. I find that irritating to the extreme. Makes me really angry.
