No payout for Lotto from Capitec

Do not use Capitec banking app to play lotto. I see a few complaints about not paying out and also asking clients to contact Ithuba. We as clients play lotto on the Capitec app and not direct on Ithuba's website. Capitec is responsible for paying out. I will never play lotto again on the app. I checked my tickets and I had winning numbers that did not pay. Not sure how many times this would have happened in the past. They charge you R1.50 for each ticket and are making millions from clients but can't pay. Maybe this should be reported to the media and Wendy Nola.
