No payments for insurance claims

Capitec insurance department fails to pay the claims. They tell you that the claim takes 4hrs to 48hrs to be processed, it's a lie and ****. I have logged my claim on Tuesday the 19th November 2024, today is Friday the 22nd November and I'm still waiting for the payout. The sad part is the funeral is Saturday the 23rd November 2024. No one has answers, no communication, no sms , no calls Nothing!!! I have left old mutual for them to suffer like this. I have never been this stressed. What level of service is this ?

Guess what? The funeral will sure take place at the nearest Capitec branch since there's no one to solve this problem that you have caused
