no payment relief and disgusting staff attitude

Ive been dealing with the abovementioned bank for more than a year now and before the lockdown ,i had an excellent record with them.Due to the lockdown my salary structure changed leaving me with far less than i normally would be renumerated thus not allowing me to meet with all my commitments.i called the said bank and asked if i could get a reprieve with my credit facility to which they flatly refused and split the amount. The 50 percent ws taken out of my bank account and the balance of about R2400 was still to be settled.I have been hounded by them for this amount since.I am apparently blacklisted as a bad payer.I called the call centre a few times and the consultants are extremely rude and because of that i respond in the same manner.I called yesterday and spoke to a consultant to whom i requested a directive to settle and what can be done .she insists on getting all my bank account details so that she can submit a debit order to which i did not authorize. All i wanted to know was how i can make an arrangement or whether i can get a settlement discount if possible.Their attitude is disgusting.I am also listed has unpaid for the full amount on the credit bureau which to my knowledge is not correct.Iam sending a report to the credit ombudsman and will likely post this on all social media platforms.
