No owing Capitec bank but the debited my account

Hi my name is Nontobeko Cebekhulu last year 2019 I settled my loan and credit card account with Capitec bank . I paid up on the 19th of August 2019. In October 2019 I was still receiving a lot of SMSs from Capitec bank saying I owe them I'm in arrears I need to pay. I went to one of the Branch in Festival mall I ask them to close my credit card because it was still showing active on the bank app + the SMSs . They assured me that everything is closed. Up antil today I'm still getting SMSs . Today debited my account took R152.66 and I don't owe them anything we cut the credit card last year and it paid up but today 5am they sent an SMS saying I owe R152.66 in the afternoon they debited. I have a settlement letter as prof both of my References for closed credit card and loan *** & *** . I need clearence from Capitec bank why did they take my money I want it back. I called there call centre they said that I need to go to the branch and my problem all branch's close to me I closed. What makes me more angry is the opened branch is fer now I gonna put my life at risk and take taxis. I don't want to be exposed .
