No order but payment went off my bank account.

All my online purchases are getting declined because they are pending on caputec side. I purchased online tickets to a soccer match and it was declined by the merchant but the payment went off my bank account. I logged onto my banking app to get the proof of payment but it was not available. I called the call centre and asked them to reverse the payment but they said I should request authorization from the merchant. ACCEPT I HAVE NO PROOF THAT THE PAYMENT WENT OFF. Capitec needs to get it together.
