No one prepare to go the extra mile

<p>I went in today to your capitec branch in Umgeni Rd (by Game City)to apply for a loan and was assisted by Collby of which he wasnt sure more or less what he was doing as he kept going back and forth during the process. I then got approved for the loan but not for the amount because he was asking me questions about expenses and i gave him and then he entered it in again. I then told this to your manager Charlene who wasnt helpful or willing to go the extra mile as she kept finding excuses not to try the application again, I was very upset as i had been in your bank for over an hour and a half....... So much for speedy service in the branch , I am a very unhappy customer and Charlene should understand that we are the customers not the other way around</p>
