No one can give me total amount outstanding on my account

Many years back I took a few loans out from capitec bank due to some financial issues.

Since a year I have called and email several times trying to resolve this issue as I am clearing all credit from my name. But the amazing answer is unavailable.

No reply to emails to customer service and also when calling they don’t see any accounts?? Do my next things is can you then provide me with a letter stating I have a zero balance on all old accounts I have opened being loan etc.

All I want to do is find out do I owe anything, receive a actual bill as I have never received a bill from capitec , and I will gladly make my payment that is owned to you with actual proce, if account is cleared I merely would like a paid up letter.

But even that is too much to ask......
