No money for Christmas...... Thanks Capitec....
Thanks to Capitec I have no access to my account. 1st my account was suspended without any notice. Till now I have no valid reason as to why I can't access my fund 2nd I've gone to the branch 4 time because the doc they require to un lock my account wasn't communicated ... After the 4th time they they will let me know after 3 hour when my account will be unlocked ....4 DAY LATER STILL NO COMMUNICATION AND NO ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT!!! THANKS FOR MAKING MY AND MY FAMILY FESTIVE SEASON NO EXCITANTS!!! PHONE THEM ALSO HELP.
