no money before christmas PERFECT

2 saturdays in a row i was at a capitec bank....last week the 12the dec i get to parow centre branch its full i sat a full 2 hours eventually my number gets called I explain to the girl that ive got a loan with capitec i was monthly and changed jobs so im gettimg paid weekly she tells me there nothing she can do theres a error on system and i need proof.....I left and today the 19th i went to a different branch with proof needed everything got to the gentlemen advised me my frequency cannot be changed i first need to pay money and i explain to him that they are going to take my full wage on thursday leavimg me with no money for xmas for my family!!!!! Thats fantasticim at that point where im changing banks there cheap bank fees are not appealing anymore **** service most of the time
