No Loan Offer

Good Day,

I am writing this email with a conditions that is not so good to me, on January I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and the insurance company that I was insured with rejected my motor claim and the damage amount on the car was approximately R42000 that I had to pay on my own and the 1st contact was my bank that I trust dearly with all my money was Capitec which could not grant me a loan at the time and being, so I had to hustle to get that money which made me go to borrow money from payday loans company and friends, the other thing is I even asked capitec if they at least cannot grant me consolidation loan or what, which I was told it cannot happen and I kept on trying different institution at a time and that is no good for credit report as well as it seems like I might be overly indebted but I am not, I write to client care as I believe my story can atleast ne heard and maybe the solution be made, all I want is R80000 consolidation loan which will also include all my loans with capitec that are under R40000.

And as well during January I as well DM capitec twitter telling them about my problems but still they could not assist me, please all I am saying can it not be about the bottom line which is the capital to you and your clients well being, I am currently talking chronic meds for depression and it looks like at this moment is not doing anything as my situation is not changing, if capitec can just assist with that loan and me stop going to abo Mashonisa (who are currently closed and I am *****ed this time at the time of Covid 19.

I am attaching my medical records and the communication that I initiated when I could foresee this happening without a loan from you.

Attached is the hospitalization letter received from my medical aid regarding me having chronic disease depression, so please help me with that and this is not some email which u would think is a *********, as we speak currently I am not very well emotional, below is a twiter screen shot.
