No internal communication Capitec from Fica to Account that Vanished as Visa expired yet a South African Resident

From Fica to account that Vanished as Visa expired, yet all this was sorted out. People i have completely lost faith in Capitec. There is no internal communication. Issue started 2 months back with Fica documents which i sent in within the stipulated time frame. Long story short my account was frozen. Branch could not resolve the matter i had to email the complaints department. Issue was resolved, i received an email and telephonic confirmation 26th of July. Two weeks back i logged into my app and my account was gone. I sent in another email, response i get is i was sent a letter on the 20th of July informing me of termination. Now on the 26th of the same month all issues were concluded as resolved telephonically and via email. So that automatically null and voids the notice dated 20th July. Well i was wrong it did not according to current correspondence with new ticket number. After back and forth with the issue i got fed-up with the situation i took the reference number that management gave me with instructions to go to a branch to withdraw my funds. Once again reference number ******x could not be picked up by the branch, no access to my funds nor can they internally speak to upper management and need to email them too. Too put the cherry on the cake i was told if i do not head to a branch by the end of the day i was told the following although the start of email says, sorry take this reference number to branch fetch your money account closed. (Please note that if we do not receive confirmation of your intended branch visit by close of business today (29/07/2025), will we consider this as a gesture of contentment to close). So now which is it?, besides the system not picking up the reference number, Miss or Mrs so and so already informed me to fetch my funds, yet if i do not go with this incident number ******x then we are going to close your account. Confused? so am i. There is no communication internally at Capitec.!!!!
