No help with regards changing my phone number

If I could not click on that one star because it doesn't need it at all .I'm in hospital and Ive been here since March 26 I wanted them to change my phone number in order for me to login my bank account .I did their security check and they know it's me .two people told me I'd be assisted and another one I asked today "agent" told me I need to visit the branch.how am I going to do that if I'm in hospital? With two surgeries on my leg and knee .I need to access my account asap but they don't seem to understand that .I've had so many incidents with Capitec now I see I really need to change banks .
