No help when needed, pathetic from Capitec Bank

Very disgusting with the XCS debt review queries at Capitec Bank. On Sent: 06 June 2025 6:22 AM To: CCS Debt Review I sent an email requesting assistance with my credit card repayments and loan account as I was retrenched from my sales manager job in December 2024, I was on UIF for 3 months and I've tried to keep up with payment but NO ONE EVEN HAD THE DECENCY TO CONTACT. I received emails that the matter would be escalated but you are still deducting more than R8800 for loan and I've also explained in my email that I can't pay. I've received a 6 months contract job but I'm not earning what I earned at previous job, so I'm left with no option but to change the bank where my salary is paid as it seems like Capitec Bank doesn't care about what a person is going through
