No help from this bank
Grandma sister who i look after is 85 years had hip surgery copd and the municipality of cape town wants 3 months bank statement for rate reduction...This stupid bank dont wana help her in anyway by just emailing the bank statements cause apparently she who has copd(cant breath properly and hip surgery camt walk must go to the bank for fingerprints so the bills will just pile up looks like capitec dnt care about the elderly is this how people treat their elderly

16 Nov 2023, 09:27Thank you capitec u really are the best (most heartless) bank the municipality just put my aunts power off cause my 85 year old grandmas sister cant produce bank statements for the rates i need to sent the bank statements on her behalf this is unacceptable how can u do this
