No help from the *******

So now after having received only R3 900 of my internally ****** R23 100.00. The bank tells me that is all they could recover. I want you to help me to understand how this works, the following amouts get to be ****** from account(R 1100; R 10 000 and R 12 000). Now, I ask the lady and the gentleman who called me to explain the Bank's failure to recover my money, from which of the three amounts was the R 3 900 recovered, it's clearly not from the R 1 100. Whatever the case maybe, should the bak be able to trace into which account the money went to and freeze and/or demand repayment. This just shows how much of an inside job this has been, how inefficient their entire systems are, from management, forensics, complaints, security and their front tellers or consutants. Remember a video of a woman that paid a loan for so long, with no decline in her loan amount. Can there be a serious investigation on this bank that happens to ***** from it's clients. I advice that you start interrogating your monthly statements, that R5.00 that goes out of your account and you happen to overlook. Imagine if 50, 100 or even more, people are losing that much in a day. These are a clear indication of internal malpractices and ********** activities.

You are warned South Africans.
