No help from capitec bank

I have used the capitec atm at knowles spar pinetown and selected withdrawl off R500 the machine said unsuccessful and no money came out the machine but I recieved an sms saying the R500 was drawn at germiston which is located in jhb , I am trying to explain the call centre that no funds came out the machine , they investigated and sends me this sms today Capitec Bank: The withdrawal dispute was unsuccessful due to the transaction being successful on 24/01/2019 for R500.00. REF: ********** 2 I have spoken to the spar manager same time when it happend and showed her nothing came out the machine she advised me to call the line which o received no help from

I really want my funds back as it never came out the machine
