No help as they claim

I decided to move to Capitec and I was happy customer but am no longer happy due to the fact that the bank I am baking with cannot help me with a consolidation loan. I had some challenges in life and ended up taking one-month loans which I am now caught up with and affecting my budget every month. I app**** for a loan to pay off these one-month loans, but I keep declined for reason that I have a lot of debit orders running of my account. I explained to Capitec that these are one month’s loans and are paid off and even send Capitec paid letters, but they still decline the loan. Every month I pay off these loans and request paid up letters so I can use the letters to apply for a big amount from capitec but they keep declining. I don’t blame capitec for being caught up in these one-month loans but what I am asking is to get help from the bank I am baking with. Capitec keep saying I can’t afford to pay everything month but what I am saying is once I pay off these one-month loans I will get surplus money which I can use for the capitec debit order. I have existing credit with Capitec and never missed a payment. With my income I can’t afford the loan. All I am asking for is for a loan to consolidate and balance things so that I will have surplus every month. If I can’t get help from the bank I am banking with then I would rather move to somewhere, wait for three months and get the help I need.
