No Help

So this is my last resort because I can't find help anywhere else. Ive been applying at capitec for a job and every time I try to apply and it's time I take the assessment, the system says they will use my previous results, which I took last year already. I ran out of time and wasn't able to complete the assessment, but I'm still being judged on those results and I'm missing out on so many opportunities, whilst people I know personally, are able to retake the assessments over and over.
