No Help

An employee was recently ****med by a company claiming to provide cellphone contracts. Inaconnect is the named. Called the bank for assistance and they said there is nothing they can do. I fully understand an agreement was made but it was made on false information and lies. The number provided by the bank goes to another company and is no help. This is very sad all this happened within two days not like a service was provided. Capitec didn't care that one of their customers is being debited a false company.
