No happy how Capitec bank resolved my case of *****

I was ****med all my funds through my capitec banking app .Capite did not protect my money it's a inside job the *****ster took all my money without my Opt number or bank details,all what capitec said was sorry this type of ***** can only be done I l didn't protect my app how l Don.t know cause l did not loose my phone or give it to anyone. All l write a review they reply and keep quiet.2weeks back they told me to take my case further to NFO that's what l did still waiting for ambusman to solve my cas
