NO GIVING ME A PAID UP LETTER
Capitec is totally ghosting me as I am under debt review I managed to pay all their money but now they do not send me a paid up letter and when I called they telling me I OWE 48 rands and I do not mind paying but they even removed the account on the app after I paid it in full but they do not want to give me my paid up letter
