No funds recieved due to long investigation

Good day HelloPeter,I would like to report Capitec on failing to speed up account investigation where as it costed me my rent and transportation money because they said they still investigating it since there was a ********** activity detected on my account and I couldn’t gain access to the money my contractor paid me,it’s been over a month they doing an investigation
