No formal communication after dismissal regarding off boarding process and provident funds

I was dismissed on the 23rd February I worked for the organisation since 15/11/2023 on the of my dismissal I signed my notice of dismissal and from that day I have not received any formal communication about my off boarding process and exit interview from the organisation nor management. On the 03/03/26 I wrote an email to *** regarding my provident fund (Alexander Forbes) and UIF but still no communication I writing this review because this organisation talks about putting their people first but in this case I don't see the CEO values y'all keep talking about all I see after an employee is dismissed y'all don't care what happens next after I've dedicated my life for this job and clients and this is how employees are treated when they not with organisation anymore. I have already sent out a CEO complaint and cc Azahr Patel executive officer for retail operations all I want is my provident fund and UIF to be payed out so I can have nothing to do with organisation anymore thanks.
