After posting my complaint on Hellopeter. I was contacted by Keisha; told her was at work to be contacted at 16h15 when on break. Craig phoned and I told him the whole story and he then advised I would be contacted by Odette from Greenacres branch. I am still awaiting her call as my account is still closed.
