No feedback on query despite 24 hour promise
Called on 12 August to log an inquiry. Was given *** and told that I'd receive feedback within 24 hours. It's now 16/08 and I haven't received feedback. I called the call centre and provided my ref number. The agent said so matter of factly that there's no feedback yet and asked me once again to repeat my whole query which I refused to do as I've already done this. I'd like urgent feedback. This is unaceptable
