No feedback on multiple *****.
Another week after my call early in the week from Sabrina and no update again. They do respond when u put a hello peter than nothing again.

Months now and nothing so no chrismas for me as i have no money thank u capitec even took mother in law funeral fund but hey at least u have food for desember dont worrie about your unemployed customers they dont need their money and can wait another 3 Months

23 Dec 2024, 06:14Just want to update and give a big thank you to Sabrina. She is the only one who assisted me at Capitec and took time to realy investigate. After decent investigation found out Capitec is at fault and rectified it. Sabrina you are the best and thank you for putting your client first. You made me change my view of Capitec. Sorry for al the trouble but thank u for giveing me a positive outcome. Thank you for being honest and resolveing my problem with a honest outcome. More people like you needed. Thank u for your help.
