No feedback on claim

It was all well until I needed to claim from my credit card insurance policy.

All docs submitted, sent follow up emails but no reply, not even an acknowledgment. All I want to know is whether my balance will be paid or not.

Client care is very unhelpful, wont even look at my account and just gives general information to get me off the line. Social media consultant has no clue and refers you to their useless whatsapp bot.

Your insurance is a **** and just causes more stress
