No Feedback on ***** case after 30 days.

I submitted a ***** case on 21/12/2023 and provided the affidavit as requested. To date I have received NO feedback after now sending my 4th email requesting a response. I even called to make sure it was received and the consultant was not helpful at all, just advising me the docs were received and I need to wait 21 days. its been 30 days now and It doesnt seem like TCF matters to Capitec, they just ignore the client and hope they get tired of requesting feedback.
