NO FEEDBACK ISSUE NOT RESOLVED
no feedback on issue previously posted. unable to get a bank card as system says guardian needs to do finger prints yet im born in 1989

17 Dec 2023, 20:42I was notified that this issue was resolved last year via telecom. Friday I went to Capitec canal walk and get a card... Same issue Persists.. Please update your system. Seeing as thought your IT department can't remedy the situation let me help and guide you.
1st. The system shows my DOB is 25/08/*9999*
Ot should read 25/08/*1989*
2ndly. It shows as *Passport* is should read as *SA citizen.
Trust and hope this helps in resolving the problem that's been going on for almost 3years..
