No feedback in any form

I have a friend who borrowed me some cash from abroad and capitec is making a huge problem for it to get cleared in my account they call me for 5 seconds I answer the phone and they put down then when I call back which I’ve done 4 times they don’t answer their phones on forex it rings for 35mins and then gets put down, I get a email from Renwyn Manuel to complete a form which Im unable to find the time to go print it out and scan it when I’m currently on a retreat in a very rural area and send it to capitec to release money which isn’t even theirs I responded on the mail and received no response no response on calls so capitec is obviously *********** , on my end I need this sorted out because I have **** to pay and capitiec is blocking the cash
