no feedback from interview
Went for interview and never got feedback. This is my 2time this kinda thing happen to me. First it was on 2015, no one from my group of that time was told why they where unsuccessful. Rather tell the candidate why they are unsuccessful so that they can do better next time. Is good to know rather not knowing. The 3 weeks promised has elapsed. WHAT WENT WRONG?called hr department she does not know what is happening
