No feedback from Capitec Rosebank branch regarding my credit application

I visited Capitec branch in Rosebank mall to apply for personal loan everything went smoothly the consultant that helped me said she has sent my application to the head office so they can approve it, today is the 3 day without feedback , i thought applications that are done in the branch get approved immediately because i need the money for an emergency kindly approve my loan credit application today thanks
